Vaishali Jain was the second to last victim of the 'Straw Man'. Later she discovered alive together with Abigail McKenzie.
Her last known address was 18 Sully Road, Seattle. Her parents reported her missing to their local Police Department a month ago. She had made her way to the City and was abducted from outside a shelter after receiving a Meal Supplement from a dispenser.
She was discovered alive by Detective John Kennex and Dorian in a warehouse building on Pier 12.
