The Barge is a prison in the City. The color of the holding cells on the Barge were blue until they repainted them grey.[1]
Rudy Lom's undercover character Callum Waits was apparently sentenced to the Barge for six years for two counts of possession with intent to distribute and manufacture narcotics.[2]
