Sanderson Building
The Sanderson Building is located at 4500 Crescent Avenue. The Sanderson Corporation is the sole occupant of the building.
Hostage situation[]
Lucas Vincent (in reality Gerald Leighton) entered the Sanderson Building with a team of six men, and took 25 or so hostages on the 25th floor, after killing James, the security guard, a janitor and a Sanderson Corporation employee, Llew, who was one of the hostages. Detective John Kennex and Dorian, with the assistance of Paige Hernandez, a Sanderson Corporation employee, foiled the hostage situation and the attempted robbery that was also underway in a nearby building.
A Light Bomb was set off in the server room, located in the basement, at the start of the hostage situation but the building remained structurally sound. The southeast stairwell was blocked, along with damage to the 3rd Floor emergency exit. Staff were instructed to evacuate the building, via the assistance of the Fire Department, through the 2nd Floor emergency exit.
The entire air system of the building is interconnected and Dorian used the access door on the 23rd Floor to gain entrance to the 25th floor via the air ducts.
