Councilman James Hart is an elected official of the City.
Danica targeted Councilman Hart at Bar Luxon where a re-election fundraiser was being held for him. The guest list included a who's who of the city's power brokers. Detective John Kennex was able to destroy Danica before she could complete her mission to kill Councilman Hart.
DRN decommissioning[]
Councilman Hart was the main instigator of the DRN recall when some of the DRN's began malfunctioning. He voted to take away the City's contract with Lumocorp and awarded the new contract for MX's to Dr. Nigel Vaughn's main robotics competitor.
