The Anti-Replication Department, or ARD, is responsible for monitoring and maintaining records relating to cloning. [1]
Detective John Kennex expressed the view that the officials in this department are very backlogged. They were consulted in respect to the Ethan Avery case but had no records on file of him being involved in human cloning. It was eventually discovered that Avery had worked with Dr. Liam Fuller to clone four versions of himself.[2]
Anti-Replication legislation was enacted after 2026 banning human cloning.[3]
